Terms of Service for AlloHrayfi

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AlloHrayfi mobile application (the “App”), also referred to as Hrayfiya — a marketplace that connects customers with local service providers (“Workers”) in Morocco. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services or to offer services as a Worker. The App is not intended for children. By using the App you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account
• You may hold both a customer and a Worker profile on the same account
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, bookings, messages, addresses, favourites and ratings
• Notify us immediately at hhrayfiya@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account

3. Acceptable Use and Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

AlloHrayfi has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Accounts that violate this section are removed without warning.

You agree that you will not post, send, upload or transmit any content that:

• is harassing, threatening, bullying, or intimidating toward any person
• is hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive
• depicts or encourages violence, self-harm, or cruelty
• is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or a scam
• is illegal under Moroccan law, or promotes illegal goods, services or activity
• is spam, unsolicited advertising, or a bulk solicitation
• infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity, qualifications, or affiliation

You further agree not to stalk, harass, or harm another user; not to collect other users’ personal information; and not to attempt to circumvent the App’s security, rate limits, or moderation systems.

4. Content Moderation and Reporting

• Chat messages are automatically screened, and messages containing prohibited language are refused at the moment of sending
• Every user can report another user from within a conversation, choosing a reason (spam, harassment, scam, inappropriate content, or other)
• Every user can block another user. A blocked person can no longer send you messages
• We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them within 24 hours. Action may include removing content, suspending the account, or permanently deleting the offending user
• We may remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion where these Terms are breached

5. The Role of AlloHrayfi

AlloHrayfi is a marketplace and introduction platform only. We are not a party to any agreement made between a customer and a Worker. We do not employ Workers, do not supervise or control the services they perform, and do not guarantee the quality, safety, timing, or legality of any service booked through the App.

Workers are independent providers responsible for their own qualifications, licences, tools, insurance, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable law.

6. Bookings and Payment

• Bookings are requested by the customer and must be accepted by the Worker
• A job is started when the Worker scans the customer’s QR code, and completed when the customer scans the Worker’s QR code
• Payment is made directly between the customer and the Worker in cash on delivery. AlloHrayfi does not process, hold, or handle payments, and takes no commission through the App
• Any dispute over price, workmanship, or damages is between the customer and the Worker. We may assist with information but are not responsible for resolution

7. Ratings and Reviews

Customers may rate a Worker after a completed job. Ratings must reflect a genuine experience. Fake, incentivised, retaliatory, or manipulated ratings may be removed and may result in account termination.

8. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant AlloHrayfi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and transmit that content solely to operate the App. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained where required by law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, if your conduct risks harm to another user, or if required by law. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor that any Worker or customer is trustworthy or suitable.

You are responsible for your own safety. Take normal precautions when arranging for a person to come to your home or when entering someone else’s property.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlloHrayfi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for any injury, property damage, or loss arising from services arranged through the App.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AlloHrayfi harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change and, where the change is material, we will notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
